James is a shareholder and practice lead at Edison Engineers having joined over 10 years ago. James has been involved in Reserve Fund Studies ranging from Vacant Land or Common Element Corporations through to large, multi tower Corporations with complex shared facilities. James also serves on the Board at the Corporation where he lives.
