My name is Jeff Johns. I am an Ontario Licensed Condominium Manager, General License (OLCM-GL), and Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) with G3 Property Solutions in Brantford, ON. For most of my 16 years as a Condominium Manager, I have been managing condominium corporations in Brantford and Brant County. Growing up in Brantford and being able to connect with fellow condominium owners from Brantford and Brant County is an asset as a Condominium Manager. I have also been a previous condominium owner, board member, and president of the corporation where I lived. This provides me with the ability to see issues from the perspective of the unit owner, board member, and property manager.
