Yawar Khan is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Capital Integral Property Management and currently deals with the residential real estate management division, strategic planning and business development. He is an Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) and has a B.Sc. (Honors) in Biology and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Ottawa.

Yawar has over 26 years of progressive management experience.  His expertise is in the Condominium, Commercial and Rental property management.  He helps clients in his portfolio with reserve fund studies, budgeting, governance and community development. Over the course of his career, Yawar has managed significant budgets, led diverse teams and developed and implemented best practices in various corporate environments.

In his current role, Yawar actively manages a number of properties and oversees the operations of the remainder of the portfolio under management.
